Get your key again.
Your key is emailed to you the moment you buy, and it never expires. If that email is gone — deleted, filed, swallowed by spam — you can pull the key back up yourself, any time, with the email address you bought with.
- Enter your email in the portal — the address you used to buy. No password, and no account to create.
- Open the link Dodo Payments mails you. It arrives in a minute or so; check spam if it doesn't.
- Your keys are listed there, along with your invoices and receipts, for every Luxaudica purchase on that address.
- In Luxaudica, open Settings → License, paste the key and press Activate. One Mac per key — you can re-activate on a new Mac at any time.
The portal is run by Dodo Payments, who handle every Luxaudica purchase, and it is titled Chainframe's Billing portal — Chainframe is the company behind Luxaudica, so that is the right place. We never see your card, and no key is stored on this site.
